A 4 mile hike in under 70mins - PRIZES TO BE WON!!!
We're excited to announce that this September sees the return of our Hiking Challenge. This time it's over twice the distance but takes in much more of the fantastic scenery of Marsden Moor.
All you have to do is time your hike on the Strava app and try and beat our segment time of 70mins for this 4 mile hike! The first 10 people to do so win an Otso Neckwarmer or Socks and the fastest time for September wins a bonus prize of an Otso Tee.
We've created the route so it takes in the fabulous views over Marsden, Huddersfield and beyond. And we've thrown a few obstacles in the mix like bog and river crossings to keep it interesting and adventurous. It's our hope that this is a challenge for anyone who likes a good old yomp and the time should be a test but not too ridiculous. After all me n the pooch did it and we certainly are no athletes, hence why it's a walking challenge and not a running one!
If you do beat the time limit send us a message or pop in to our shop in Slaithwaite so we can check the Strava leaderboard and you can claim your prize. There is also a helpful interactive map of the route on our website.
