Refund Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase(s) for any reason you are entitled to return any or all of the items to us for a full refund or exchange. Returned items must reach our shop no more than 30 days from the original order date to qualify for a refund or exchange.

If you were bought the items as a gift then we'll also endeavour to exchange any items if they don't fit properly. If we don't have a like for like swap you can exchange for a identically priced item, pay the difference for a more expensive item or get a gift card for the value.

All items returned must be in their original condition with all labels and branding intact. We reserve the right to withhold a refund, credit or exchange for any of items returned to us that are deemed unfit for re-sale. 

 

All returned items remain your responsibility until they arrive back at our warehouse. We recommend that all returns are sent using a traceable service such as Recorded Delivery or via an equivalent service that requires a signature upon delivery. 

 

Orders returned for refunds will have the original shipping cost deducted from the refund. If the order qualified for free shipping at the time of purchase, then a full refund for the entire order value will be granted, but if a shipping charge was applied to the order, that will be deducted from the refund.

 

Otso Clothing will not accept any returns if the print as been damaged due to improper cleaning. Please do not tumble dry or iron your garment on the printed parts. Also wash them at 30 degrees to help the environment.
