SHIPPING AND RETURNS
- We offer FREE shipping on all order over £35 within the UK.
- Otherwise it's £4.00 for 48hr Tracked and Signed from our local Post Office. Or you can Click and Collect in store for free. Please select your preferred option at checkout.
- Flat rate shipping of £10.00 for all international orders (outside of the UK ).
- If you have any concerns with your garment please email us at hello@otso.clothing and we'll do our best to sort you out a replacement or refund. Return deliveries must be made at your own cost.
SIZING AND CARE
- Our T-Shirts are regular fitting. Please order the size you normally would.
- Pit to pit width measurements = XS: 47.5cm S: 49.5cm, M: 53.5cm, L: 56.5cm, XL: 59.5cm, XXL: 63.5cm
- Length measurements = XS: 65cm S: 69cm, M: 73cm, L: 75cm, XL: 75cm, XXL: 79cm
- Our womens size comparisons are as follows: Size 6-8 = XS, Size 8-10 = S, Size 10-12 = M, Size 12-14 = L, Size 14-16 = XL
- In order to preserve the life of the print and the environment...Wash at 30˚and do not tumble dry this garment.
International Orders
• All deliveries outside the UK may be subject to customs charges, VAT, and/or courier handling fees. These costs are determined by the courier before your parcel is delivered. Please check for any correspondence from them regarding your order.
• All of our orders are processed immediately so should arrive in 3 to 4 days in the UK but please allow longer for international orders due to the above customs and handling restrictions.
